Notice Requirement 

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or 48 hours for rescheduling. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to another client.

Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance 

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice: 

Your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred. 

A late cancellation fee of $25 may apply for repeat occurrences.

No-Call / No-Show 

Failure to notify us and missing your appointment may result in: 

Loss of your deposit 

A $50 no-show fee 

Possible denial of future booking privileges

Rescheduling 

If proper notice is given (48+ hours), we're happy to transfer your deposit to a new appointment within 30 days of the original service date.

Weather & Emergencies 

We understand that emergencies and severe weather happen. In those cases, we'll work with you to find a fair and flexible solution.
